3D Character Artist focused on stylized art, with experience creating both 3D printable action figures and game-ready characters. Worked on indie game projects including Black Bell Tactical and Viking Harald Idle Adventures as part of the development and production pipeline.
Since we were engaged in an indie production, The role I had can be also viewed as a "Team Lead". I had many responsiblities which were a combination of managerial tasks like project management, task Definition, and employee performance evaluation, alongside with QA, Game Testing, Game Design and communicating game's vision with team members.
This role required me to develop a set of soft skills for managing employees and interacting with them. This was the toughest role I ever took on, but also the most exciting! Some of my notable works:
- Reassembled the team and redesigned our pipeline to adapt to the impacts of the Covid pandemic.
- Designed game analytics events and analyzed FTUX data.
- Redesigned the way we defined and managed tasks in production time.
- Regularly conducted tests to ensure product quality.
- Developed a new method for analyzing team members' perception of their team lead's personality.
- Designed an Ability Tree System, levels for Stationary FPS games, and performed game balancing.
I was responsible for designing 3D game characters and I used softwares like ZBrush, Substance Painter, Character Creator, and Rizom UV for the creation process. As for the represention, I used Keyshot and Adobe Photoshop. During my time at Northwind studios I was responsible for character design on projects like Viking harald: Idle Adventures and BlackBell: Tactical.
